Q. How many people do you send to clean a home?
A. Our typical team consists of two cleaners. There may be times where that could vary, call offs or large initial cleanings, but this will usually be the case.
Q. How do we pay for maid services?
A. The Clean Team accepts cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards via our electronic invoicing option through PayPal. All first time and one time deep cleanings must be paid prior to service and by credit card.
Q. How are your cleaning prices compared to other house cleaning services?
A. Let's be honest, we know we are not the lowest priced cleaning service. But by hiring The Clean Team you get the same protection (insured and bonded cleaning teams and a satisfaction guarantee) of the big franchise cleaners, but we have no franchise royalties to pay, so those fees are not passed on to our customers. All decisions are made locally, so we have the flexibility of creating a cleaning solution to match any budget. If one of the franchise cleaning services has a lower price than us, just let us know and we will beat it by 10%!
Q. Would there be a problem with animals in the home?
A. Pets are typical in most homes, and our staff is trained on how to work around them. We may even leave your furry family member a treat if their good!
Q. Do you reuse rags from house to house?
A. No. Each team member has enough clean micro fiber rags for each home on that day. Our rags are also color coordinated to avoid cross contamination between rooms. You don't want your cleaner using bathroom rags in your kitchen now do you?
